Early hire at Sun Basket, 2016 to 2019. Built the video team from zero, reporting to co-founder Tyler MacNiven. Helped hire and then directed 2 in-house editors and 4 contractors against media-buyer deadlines. Concepted and produced about 40 paid social ads a week at peak, one variable per test: hook, angle, format, or CTA. The media team reported the work running around 3:1 ROAS. Full shoots end to end, from recipe videos to TV and Times Square. Ran a sandbox Meta ad account to learn buying first-hand.
